   Buyers who sign a purchase contract from October through December 2007 will receive a .5% rebate off the price of the house. This money will be paid when the purchase funds. There is no dollar limit to to amount of the rebate. Please contact me for details.

                Mortgage Rebate

   Buyers who elect to use our affiliated mortgage company will receive a 10% rebate off the total amount charged for "mortgage broker fees" and "processing fees". Only valid on amounts charged by and paid to our affiliated mortgage broker company. To get this rebate you must contact me and complete a loan request form. I will pass the form to the mortgage company, you then will be contacted by them. Work your best deal.
