I was initially licensed as a Real Estate agent in New Hampshire in 1988. In 1998 I became a licensed mortgage broker in Florida, and followed up by becoming a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent. Throughout my career I have seen many deals collapse for any number of reasons. I have built my career by foreseeing stumbling blocks that many inexperienced agents may not see until it's too late.
